10% Service Deposits & Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy:  Service deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. If you just need to reschedule your appointment to a different date for any reason, the deposit will just be credited towards the new appointment or any future service at Dynamic Detailing.

Rescheduled Appointments:  For rescheduled appointments within the original 72-hour window, refunds are no longer honored going forward and a new 72-hour cancellation window does not apply for the rescheduled appointment. The original deposit will still remain as a credit towards any future service.
