“I came in for my ceramic coating maintenance detail today and things went as smoothly as can be expected. The reception process was great. I went over a few areas that needed attention due to scuffs or repairs and they said they would check them out. The waiting room was comfortable and easy to work in. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time at a good price. As a side note, since I've had my ceramic coating I haven't taken my car to a car wash once. I just find a few clean microfiber cloths and use 3D Waterless Wash (per DD recommendation) and wipe it down while I'm at a charging station or early on a weekend morning. It looks the same as it did the day it left the detail shop but I only spend 30 mins and about $3 in cleaning supplies (instead of an hour and $35 at the local car wash). I'm definitely bringing my next car to DD for a ceramic coating.”
